• DataForge provides a free tier with limited daily usage (10 conversions per day).
• You may purchase a Pro license to unlock unlimited conversions and additional features.
• Pro licenses are granted via activation codes and are valid for the duration specified at purchase.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• Pro licenses are priced at $7.77 (one-time payment).
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with DataForge Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, please contact us at contact@mysmalltool.com with your purchase details.

3. Pro License Terms

• Your Pro license is valid indefinitely for the email address used at purchase.
• Pro licenses are non-transferable between email addresses.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses if these terms are violated.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your Pro license with others.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass the Tool's limitations.
